Central Naugatuck Valley Regional Action Council

The Central Naugatuck Valley Regional Action Council operates under the Prevention Unit of CTs Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services. They are the local-level resource links that gather data, identify service needs and highlight grassroots initiatives in order to impact statewide decision-making, financial allocation, and program delivery. RACs are the Community Planning & Resource Coordination level – the foundation, of CTs Prevention Infrastructure.
